Submitting a film or project to us through this website, email, or any other channel does not create a distribution, production, or licensing agreement. Any such arrangement is only formed through a separate, signed agreement between Mass Films and the relevant rights holder.

Submitting a project to us does not transfer any rights in that project to Mass Films. Ownership and rights remain with the submitting party unless and until a separate written agreement says otherwise.
